To view the recorded stream of the commencement ceremony, Flash must be installed in your web browser. If the player above is black with a white play button, then Flash is installed and you're ready to view the recording. If the player has a white square and displays the message "Get Adobe Flash Player", then click on that button which will take you to Adobe's site to download and install Flash Player.
